Once the order was placed, took 4 days to get processed and shipped and now it is held at customs since April 16 - it is May 1st. When I ordered from another Australian company (cendres) thy use dhl express and it was delivered on time. This is ridiculous service on Verge girls part. They should consider changing the company they ship with for international customers. Now they have reps anonymously swearing at customers who are upset cause they will probably never receive they're order and will not get their money back.
I ordered a piece of clothing from this website almost 2 months ago and they still haven't shipped it yet. I understand the current situation but their company claims that they still ship orders DAILY and the delivery is FAST (which is obviously not).
At first when I asked them why my package wasn't moving, they told me that there was no need to worry and the delivery would take about 10 working days. Which means that they didn't even admit that they were having shipping problems. And they still urge to buy their cute but overpriced clothing despite of not being able to send the orders out.
In comparison to Verge Girl, I've ordered some other packages from other websites, which were shipped via DHL and have been delivered on time.
They don't offer any compensations nor discounts in exchange for inconvenience and waiting.
I was expecting better attitude from their company.

Buyer beware: the quality of these items are nowhere near worth the price, their return policies are unclear, the customer service is abysmal, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I've actually never gone through the trouble of writing a review, but I really want to make sure other people don't make the same mistake I made. Firstly, Verge Girl does not inform its customers properly about the shipping costs. If you are not in Australia DONT ORDER unless you're willing to pay a significant amount of additional money to receive your package. In my instance: I am living in the Netherlands and had to pay 154 euros extra to receive my package (worth 400 euros). If I didn't want to receive my package, I still had to pay those shipping costs.
Secondly, the quality of the clothes is absolutely terrible. A white dress shines through like you can't imagine (especially if you consider the money you paid for it), the fabric is crappy and cheap and all in all everything is extremely overpriced.
This is really to prevent everyone from falling into the same trap..
Customer service was so terrible! And returns policy is a joke! I returned within 14 days (as said their policy) due to covid delay shipping they would not refund my money and only gave me a store credit. After many emails from Bry she literally ignored my emails I had to send 2 more emails within a a week for her to reply. After finally getting in contact with customer law they refunded my money. Also the pants were not good quality and very ill fitting.
I ordered some jeans and now they're my favorite, i use them everywhere

I am not sure what to do at this point, because my dad bought me some Verge Girl items in the first week of December and we have still not received them. Customer service just told him that packages are delayed and he should have read that on the website. I totally understand that we are in a pandemic and items can be delayed, but being over a month late is not okay. Other companies face the same challenges, yet I still receive their items on time. When I track the items it just says I will receive them on December 10th, but it is now January 18th. I would really like my money back and some help from the customer service department.
Once again, my favorite online shop!! I wish they had a walk-in store in LA so us USA girls could shop in person. But the online shop is amazing with new styles all the time! For sure my favorite shop.

I got this super cute cardi, great shipping and great prices. Plan on shopping for more cardigans in the future.
My first time purchasing from Verge girl was great, I was surprised by how great the quality of the dress was. The second time everything I bought was so flimsy and Poorly made. I put on a pair of the pants today, that had not been worn only tried on and still had the tag on and they had holes all along the seam. Makes me wary to purchase again, especially considering the price.

Dissh and princess Polly are very similar in style and have more options but I like Verge girl cause their unique pieces. All companies are about the same quality and price.

I ordered the 24th of May and they are supposed to bring my order tomorow 5th of June. My purchase was worth 61,85 then I had to pay shipping 9,90 and tomorrow I have to pay 42,70 before I can get my order. Never ever will I order from them again! It takes ages to come and you have to pay more than you spend for the shipping to Europe (Belgium)

I made my order 4months ago and the dress arrived today with more than half of its price to pay for customers duties. Taxes super high! Worst experience. I highly recommend not to buy from Verge girl
